Photographing samples

The samples were grouped by location - the collection point within the Bioblitz area, this year in the national wetlands at Rotopiko, near Ohaupo in the Waikato.  The collection points were in or by grassland, stagnant water, lemonwood, kahikatea, raupo and manuka.  There were five dishes for each sample representing the five different media used for growing the cultures.
